Slow roads, small towns and the odd picture picked up along the way — five journeys so far, from Doi Inthanon and Da Nang to the Hai Van Pass, the Daibutsu at Doi Phra Chan, Chiang Mai to Pai, and five days around Nan province.

I ride slowly and take random pictures when something looks worth stopping for — no plan, no fancy camera. The motorcycle is whatever I can rent that week: a small Honda Wave, a scooter, anything with two wheels and a full tank.
Five journeys so far: a day ride from Chiang Mai to Doi Inthanon, a day run south to the Daibutsu at Doi Phra Chan, two days in Vietnam from Da Nang over the Hai Van Pass, a New Year week from Chiang Mai to Pai, and five days around Nan province. Take the smaller road when there is one, stop for tea, and don't trust a weather forecast in the mountains. Nothing here is sponsored.
