Chiang Dao, in the clouds
A day ride north to Chiang Dao — mountains, sun rays and a viewpoint above the cloud line.
The last day of the trip was a day ride: north from Chiang Mai to Chiang Dao, then west into the mountains where the road climbs above the cloud. The weather did most of the work — sun breaking through, then nothing but grey, then sun again.
We sat on the deck for a while and let it change. Then the long road back to Chiang Mai, and the end of the week.
